Thanks to the use of PM Flow Controllers, we are able to create hydrostatic spindles and tailstocks.
The absence of ball or roller bearings ensures that Hyprostatik spindles perform at a very high level in any field of application (concentricity errors less than a micron) and do not exhibit vibrations even at very high speeds.
Hyprostatik spindles have high load capacities, can be prepared and supplied with any motor to guarantee the required performance, can be prepared for ISO or HSK attachment and equipped with optical or magnetic encoder. They are wear-free, have unlimited life and guarantee the promised performance over time without the need for maintenance and overhauls.
