HYDROSTATIC GUIDE SHOES
Hydrostatic pads are made possible by the use of PM Flow Controllers.
The standard design of these pads allows for the simple and easy design of a hydrostatic machine axis. Additionally, the dimensions are such that, in existing applications using roller recirculation guides, these can be replaced with hydrostatic pads, ensuring a significant reduction in the costs associated with modifications.
Designers can use these elements to independently and modularly design hydrostatic linear axes without requiring extensive or specialized skills. The hydrostatic pads also include pressure control sensors in the pockets.
The pads are available in 2 size dimensions and each in 2 versions, with 2 or 3 pockets; both can be mounted symmetrically or asymmetrically depending on the geometry and characteristics of the machine axis; special executions are also available for particular designs.
