GTEN Ball Screw Technology was founded in December 2004. The GTEN production facility covers over 10,000 square meters, with the primary goal of developing high-precision rolled ball screws. They are capable of keeping pace with the production standards of the world’s leading ball screw factories. Due to the high production costs overseas, GTEN maintains a competitive advantage in pricing.

Around the year 2014/15, Herion Schmiersysteme GmbH was renamed DLS Schmiersysteme GmbH. In the summer of 2017, DLS Schmiersysteme left the municipality of Puchheim and moved to its first owned building in the industrial park of Olching, on the B471. Since that year, products from simatec GmbH have been part of the DLS product portfolio.
