BALL BUSHINGS AND SHAFTS

Romani Components represents a series of manufacturers of ball and sliding sleeves with the aim of being able to satisfy any technical, construction, application, and dimensional needs required by the Customer.

Balls: The range includes KH light series sleeves for minimum radial dimensions, heavy series, and self-aligning sleeves capable of compensating for greater misalignments.

All can be supplied with sealing rings on both sides (suffix -PP), or without sealing rings (no suffix). The heavy series is available in closed, open, and adjustable versions.

They are available in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, and in nickel-plated, chromed, or Raydent anticorrosion versions. The range is completed by support blocks with single or double integrated sleeve, hardened and ground shafts in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, or hardened and chromed, full-length supports and end supports in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

Sliding: The main construction feature is the internal sliding surface in Frelon®, composed of PTFE and fillers.

They are widely used where ball sleeves have limits, i.e. in the presence of impacts and vibrations, impurities, short strokes, and can also work without lubrication. They are also suitable for extreme temperatures from -240°C to +200°C, clean rooms, vacuum, water-exposed applications, chemicals. Also for this range, standard, compact, self-aligning, open or closed sleeves are available, with standard or compensated play, in anodized aluminum or in stainless steel 316. Sliding shafts in hardened and ground steel, or in stainless steel 440 or stainless steel 316, or in anodized aluminum with non-magnetic ceramic coating. The range is completed by support blocks, full-length supports, and end supports. The certification of the US FDA makes them suitable for the food sector.
