Hyprostatik hydrostatic skates are made possible by the use of PM Flow Controllers.
The standard design of these skates allows for the simple and easy design of a hydrostatic machine axis.
Furthermore, the dimensions are such that, in existing applications using roller recirculating guides, these can be replaced with the hydrostatic skates, ensuring a significant reduction in the costs associated with the modifications to be made.
Designers can use these elements to autonomously and modularly design hydrostatic linear axes without requiring extensive or specific expertise. The hydrostatic skates also include pressure control sensors in the pockets.
The skates are available in 2 dimensional sizes and each in 2 versions, with 2 or 3 pockets; both can be mounted symmetrically or asymmetrically depending on the geometry and characteristics of the machine axis; special executions are also available for particular designs.
